Q: Do you only work in Genesee County?
A: While we’re proudly based in Genesee County, we also serve surrounding areas including Flint, Grand Blanc, Fenton, Davison, Clio, and beyond. If you’re a little outside the area, reach out — we may still be able to accommodate you.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Just click the “Get Started” button on our site to access our easy online scheduler. You’ll be able to choose your service, set a time, and leave notes or questions for our team.

Q: What real estate packages do you offer?
A: We offer three main packages:
- Starter – Ideal for rentals and smaller homes
- Pro – Most popular, great for average-sized homes
- Elite – Premium package for luxury listings

Q: When will my real estate photos/videos be ready?
A: You’ll receive your edited media within 72 hours of the shoot. In many cases, turnaround is even faster.
Q: Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
A: Not necessarily! As long as we have access, we can complete the shoot independently. However, we’re happy to meet you on-site if you prefer to be present.

Q: Do you cover open houses, parties, and special events?
A: Absolutely! We cover graduations, open houses, birthdays, grand openings, corporate events, workshops, and more. Custom packages are available depending on the type and length of your event.
Q: What if I want a graduation photoshoot and event coverage?
A: Great! We offer bundle packages so you can combine a portrait session with event coverage. Let us know your vision during booking and we’ll make it happen.
Q: Can you create highlight videos or recap reels for events?
A: Yes! We specialize in story-driven editing for all types of events, including recap reels, social-ready clips, and cinematic features.
Q: Do you shoot sports events?
A: Yes! We provide action photography, highlight reels, team photos, recruitment videos, and more for youth leagues, schools, and tournaments. Ask about our sports media packages.
⚙️ Booking & Delivery
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time. However, we do accept last-minute requests if our schedule allows.
Q: Will I get a reminder after booking?
A: Yes — after booking through our online system, you’ll receive a confirmation email and appointment reminder, plus a personal follow-up from one of our team members.
Q: How do I receive my photos and videos?
A: You’ll get a private gallery link for photos and a secure download link for videos. Everything is optimized for easy sharing and posting.
💸 Payments & Policies
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due at the time of booking via our secure online system. If you need special arrangements, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. Emergencies are always handled with understanding.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Our goal is your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds on completed shoots, if there is an issue with the final product, we’ll work with you to make it right.
